This is the first time I have ever given a product review, but I have been so impressed with the Greenshell Mussell extract that I wanted to give credit where it is due. The arthritis starting in my finger joints has disappeared. My knee which had been quite bad , whilst not gone, is markedly better with much less pain and swelling. These amazing little capsules feel like they have superpowers. The claim of anti-inflammatory properties was proven very quickly when my little fingers stopped clicking and instead i noticed smooth movement and especially the absence of clicking also in my knees. When I say superpowers it is because my skin is sooo much better since I started using them. I'm mid 40's and am one of those worried about fine lines and thinning skin. These gave me elastic, brighter (I can't even think of the right word) skin where I noticed how good my skin looked since starting them. When I ran out I noticed the difference and won't be without them again.
