Pricing

All prices and delivery charges on our site are in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of New Zealand GST (if any). International orders will be processed in New Zealand dollars (NZD$). Prices do not include shipping costs.

If you order products for delivery outside New Zealand, the products may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches its final destination. You will be responsible for payment of these duties and taxes.

We reserve the right to alter prices and delivery charges for any reason at any time. If there is a pricing mistake on our site, we are not obliged to honour such price, and will contact you prior to processing your order.

Sale & promotional pricing

Unless otherwise stated, all sale and promotional advertisements relate to the original price of AiOra branded products sold both in-store and online. AiOra reserves the right to conclude or extend sale pricing at any time and without advertised notice.

One-off purchases
We cannot guarantee that an order made on the AiOra website can be cancelled at no additional cost. A cancellation fee may occur.

Delivery
All orders require a signature upon delivery to ensure the order successfully reaches the customer. If no-one is present to sign for the delivery, the carrier will leave a card to call and the customer will need to contact the carrier to arrange collection of the item.

The customer can arrange special delivery instructions or an ‘authority to leave’ so that orders are delivered without being signed for and this needs to be made directly with the carrier. Should this option be arranged, AiOra cannot take responsibility for failed deliveries or missing items.

Your privacy

Keeping your personal details secure and confidential is a key concern for us. By using our website and/or providing information to us, you consent to the collection, storage, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy.

Product review guidelines

We welcome your feedback on products you have purchased.
