Have been using to help split nails. Have not noticed any improvement but maybe in another few months. Will finish bottle and decide whether any difference and whetherto repurchase. .

We think our stand alone 04 Natural Calcium might be a better fit for what you're after as it contains type 1 collagen which effectively supports hair, teeth and nail health :)

I have been taking this for about 6 months since I found out about it - from another product I also take Dr's Best Calcium Bone Maker Complex which uses MCH Cal from Waitaki Biosciences exclusively as its calcium source. By taking the later as well I get all the micronutrients as well to promote the reversal of my Osteoporosis. I only need one capsule of each daily cos I get the balance of my calcium needs from my Anti-inflammatory Autoimmune Diet. We are so lucky to have such quality supplements made by Waitaki Biosciences right here in CHCH, NZ

This is a great product as it contains significant quantities of type 2 collagen, calcium and natural glucosamine all key components for collagen production. I reckon if you also incorporated natural vitamin C possibly from your blackcurrant or kiwifruit products you would have 5e best aground product on the market for helping people rejuvenate their aging joints.
